Christian Home Educators of Simpson County is
a group of local families involved in schooling children at home. We are
a loosely associated support group with regular monthly gatherings plus
special educational field trips.

events for children and parents.
Events Schedule
8 -30 Hattiesburg Zoo trip, (Tuesday). We will meet at the Hudson’s parking lot at 9:00 am. Admission is $2 Adults, $1 children, 3 and under free. The train and carousel are $1.25 each. Bring a sack lunch, and there is a gift shop.
9-1, meeting 2:00 city park-book reports
9-22, field trip-Thursday Palestine Gardens, Lucedale, Ms. Admission free, bring sack lunch. Leave magee hudson’s at 8 am.
10-6 spelling bee, city park, 2:00
10-20 corn maze, ??? that’s a Thursday, will be in Simpson Co somewhere J
11-3 Magee library 2:00 operation shoeboxes
11-17 field trip thurs-Science museum and sports hall of fame
12-3meeting 3:30-thurs-magee library, Christmas party and craft.

(iii) A simple description of the type of education the compulsory-school-age
child is receiving and, if the child is enrolled in a nonpublic school,
the name and address of the school; and

child is receiving, including, if the child is being educated in a legitimate
home instruction program, a copy of the instructional program for each
subject being taught to the child during that school year and the child's
grade level in the home instruction program; |
